In an effort to help & protect buyers and increase their confidence in our Advertisers & Merchants,
we have set up an arbitration program called the gate4deal buyers' protection plan

 

What is Arbitration?
Arbitration is the official process of trying to settle a disagreement between two people or groups by considering all
the facts and opinions.

 

Here's how the program works?

(1) Any item purchased from our ADVERTISERS & MERCHANTS which is under $1,000 is automatically
protected by the gate4deal buyer's protection plan.

(2) Products or Services not sold by Merchants from within the United States of America & Canada and
order not placed by buyer from within the United States & Canada will not be eligible for the
gate4deal.com buyer protection program.

(3) When placing your order, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use your Bank credit card to place your
order with the merchant. in any events, if you were not happy with the product or service, you can
simply call your credit card issuing Bank , file a dispute claim and get your money back/refunded without
involving us at the gate4deal buyer protection program

(4) While We Welcome Merchants, Advertisers & Buyers from the International & Worldwide Destinations,
we do not have the gate4deal.com buyer protection program in place for our International buyers at this
time. However, we can still receive your claim, investigate the transaction but we cannot guarantee a
gate4deal.com direct refund to our international buyers on behalf of our advertisers & merchants.

 

Products & Services which are not eligible for the gate4deal buyer's
protection program

(5) gate4deal.com buyer's protection program is mainly for products & services. It is not available for any
LOAN repayment OR any INVESTMENT returns or default thereof by the Advertisers/Merchants. Such
transactions complaint would have to be handled 100% with the Advertisers/Merchant by the Buyer.

(5b) Furthermore. We don't investigate or issue refunds (on behalf of our Advertisers/Merchants) for the
following list:

(a) Pornographic materials
(b) Loan or Investment Contracts
(c) Personals or Dating services contract sales dispute
(d) Stocks, Gold, Bonds, Commodity Trading or any form of security investment Transactions
(e) Gambling, Gaming & Betting ads.
f) Porn shop ads transactions

 

As an Advertiser & a Merchant

(5) An Advertiser or a Merchant can use the gate4deal gift card to pay for the placing of ads in all our
e-commerce online network and inside our weekly magazine publication.

(5b) Our gift card cardholders will enjoy unparallel membership privileges including up to $15,000
advertising line of credit . Our Corporate line of credit is flexible. Just advertise now and pay later
without adding any interest onto the exact amount owed .
